Every year “World Red cross and Red Crescent day” is celebrated on 8th May with a particular Theme. The theme for 2022 is “BE HUMAN KIND”. Being a part of Youth Red Cross; RVS Dental Red Cross society had organized the blood donation awareness rally on 10/05/2022 in and around RVS Technical campus.
Under the blessing of our Honorable and Respected Chairman Dr.K.V.Kuppusamy, under the guidance of Director of Academic affairs & Administration Dr.Mohan Gundappa and in the presence of our beloved Principal LT Col Dr.R.G.K.Shet Sir who commenced the rally by flagging off.
The rally was organized by the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, under the guidance of Dr.Vigneswaran Professor & Head, Dr.Priyadharsana, Reader, Dr.Sai Sindhu and Dr.Nainan, Senior Lecturers. The students who participated in the rally were carrying placards and raising slogans about blood donation awareness.
The rally started in RVS Dental College and Hospital and further proceeded in RVS college of Nursing, RVS college of Engineering, RVS School of Architecture, RVS college of Siddha and RVS college of Homeopathy.
