YOGA AWARENESS PROGRAMME

“Yoga Awareness Programme” was conducted on 14^th July 2022 at RVS Dental College and Hospital.

An introductory speech by Mr.Balakrishnan (Ozone yoga, Coimbatore) and Mr.Subramanian (Subra School of yoga, LLC) spoke about  the importance of Yoga. Live demonstration of various yoga asana was given by Mr.Balakrishnan and about 100 students were attended the programme.
