ANTI-RAGGING ORIENTATION PROGRAMME REPORT

With a the blessing of our beloved honorable chairman, Dr. K.V Kupusamy Ayya Avl and able guidance of our Director cum Principal Prof Dr. Vijay V.K , Anti ragging orientation program on 19.11.2024 was organized by anti ragging committee members Dr Vigneshwaran T Prof & head, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr Chandrakala Prof & head, Department of Oral Medicine & Radiology, Mr.Palaniyappan.K, Senior Lecturer, Department of Anatomy, Mr.Rajagopalan (AO) & Ms.Shalini (CRI).
Program commenced with Tamil thai vazhthu and lighting the lamp. Followed by the felicitation of chief guest by principal. Welcome address was given by Dr.Vijay V.K Director cum Principal.
The chief guest Prof Dr.G.Vikram reddy, member, Dental Council of India, enlightened the programme with a sound knowledge about the anti Ragging and its rules and punishments to the students. Quiet knowledge speech by chief guest enlightened our knowledge of ragging. Anti ragging Oath lead by Mr.Palaniyappan.K Senior Lecturer, Department of Anatomy, Member, Anti ragging committee taken by our students. Vote of thanks was given by Dr.Gowri Shankar.P, Reader, Department of Oral pathology & Oral Microbiology. Programme concluded with National anthem.
