WORLD HEALTH DAY - DENTAL CAMP AT GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL, SULUR

The Department of Public health dentistry from RVS DENTAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL, COIMBATORE, conducted a free dental screening camp at GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL, SULUR for the general population of SULUR, on 7th April 2025 in observance of WORLD HEALTH DAY from 10 AM to 1 PM. A team of 26 Dentists rendered oral healthcare for the people. Oral health talks were delivered and oral hygiene instructions were given. The patients in need of further dental treatment were advised accordingly and referred to RVS DENTAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL with the camp referral card.
In observance of World Health Day, third- and final year students performed a dance and skit on the topic of maternal and newborn health and survival, followed by an awareness talk.
