“World Oral Cancer Day” was celebrated by the department of Oral Medicine & Radiology on 04th February 2022 in RVS Dental College and Hospital Premises.
The objective of this day was to create awareness among people and students about Oral Cancer and its effects.
This program was headed by our beloved Principal Lt Col Dr.RGK Shet, MDS with the guidance of our respected Director Dr.Mohan Gundappa, MDS along with the blessings of Kalvi Thanthai, Dr.K.V.Kuppusamy, Chairman, RVS Educational Trust.
This program was organised by Dr.Chandrakala, MDS, Professor & HOD, Department of Oral Medicine & Radiology. The causes, predisposing factors & prevention of Oral Cancer were well explained to the students.
Followed by that, Pamplets on “Oral Cancer Awareness” was distributed to the students of RVS Dental College and Hospital.
