With the encouragement of our beloved chairman Dr.K.V. Kupusamy ayya, Principal of RVS Dental College & Hospital Dr.V.K.Vijay, the Anti-Ragging committee organized anti-ragging week .Committee coordinator Dr. Vigneswaran T (Prof & HOD), Mr Palaniyappan , Dr Chandrakala , Dr Saravanan made ” Anti-ragging workshop and week " at RVS Dental College & Hospital for first & second year undergraduates students. In accordance with anti-ragging week various program was organized.
The chief guest speaker was Mr. Pari retired IPS officer- south zone IG explained the students, what exactly constitutes ragging, why it is a criminal offence and who is liable to be prosecuted for it. This lecture was followed by anti-ragging events like face painting, slogan writing, poster making, essay writing to create awareness among students inside RVS campus. Prize distributed by our chief guest and principal.
